moddy and i had my 5th and her 3rd child  together.  well, almost together.  the girls are ten months apart.  they love playing together; one just hangs out with teenagers and the other is the only girl in her family!  i was informed that they'd eaten the sand  that day.
might i recommend 'otter pops' for the summer?  they are now made with fruit juice (and sugar) and there's still the classic 'otter pop' made of sugar, water, and flavoring.  does the powerful flavoring make anyone else cough?

master bedroom.....were getting there!

there are many things i love about my husband

here are just a few:
1. he doesn't mind sleeping in pink, mint green, or ruffled sheets.
2. he could care less how i decorate our home.
3. he is really great at doing the handy work.

back in january i set out to FINALLY decorate our master bedroom
this was seriously from scratch.
we had nothing but old everything!
i wanted it to be feminine.

so, here it is june and i'm still finishing it up!

i still need a rug,
some drapes,

and something for my wall.

i'm really loving it thus far!

my side table's are from pier 1, and lamps from home goods.

i kept my old bedspread, and bed skirt.
i added some new euro shames.

i bought the sunburst mirror at a store that was going out of business.

i used to sew a lot.  i used to love it.  it's been a while since i've done it but i thought it was time to sew my granddaughter a few sundresses.  i bought a pattern but i thought it had too many steps so i altered the whole thing.  i think the dresses turned out cute!  i'm now going to make my youngest a dress too!
