i don't know what it is about these little, round, danish pancakes but i'm obsessed! while shopping at william sonoma i found an ebelskiver pan and a really fun recipe book. the recipe book has sweet and savory ebelskiver recipes. i'm told that the pan can be purchased for less elsewhere but i don't know where, maybe you do? moddy and i were introduced to the darling round things at one of our favorite breakfast restaraunts.

A friend of mine is SLIGHTLY addicted to those beauties. And consider then pan an investment in deliciousness.

ReplyDeleteI LOVE Ebelskivers!
I have a great recipe for syrup to go with those beauties!
ReplyDeleteWhen I was in high school and would spend the night at my friend Tacy's house, her mom would make ebelskivers on Saturday mornings - thanks for the reminder - I need to get me one of those pans!
ReplyDeletePat J. Has a pan and I bet her daughter Anna has one too. She would probably even teach you how to make them. :)
