pioneer woman

i love to read cookbooks. i have quite an assortment but i have started to weed thru the ones i'm using les and less. a favorite of mine is 'pioneer woman cooks'. it was given to me by my oldest daughter. sometimes i plan my weekly menu based on the recipes in one cookbook. i made calzones from this cookbook tonight and they were very,very,good.

    I just ordered that cookbook with some gift cards I had at Borders. I've used a lot of Pioneer Woman recipes online. I'm excited for the book!

    I got it for Christmas. But I've been following her blog for about a year now. I love her. I make a lot from her blog and cookbook and everything comes out yummy. her twice baked potatoes are divine. Colin loves her meatballs and it's one of his favorite dishes.

    I LOVE Pioneer Woman! Have you read her book "Black Heels to Tractor Wheels?" I just picked it up the other day. Can't wait to read it!
